Stop Unfair Tax Shifts is a political committee registered with the Florida Division of Elections under Chapter 106, Florida Statutes. The Site is provided for
informational purposes only and reflects the views of the committee.
3. Eligibility
The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old and located in the United States. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and design — is owned by or licensed to Stop Unfair Tax Shifts and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish Site content without our prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

7. Contributions
The Site allows you to make contributions to Stop Unfair Tax Shifts Contributions are processed through our third-party payment processor, Anedot and are governed by Florida law, including Chapter 106, Florida Statutes, and by any contribution terms presented at the time you give.
By making a contribution, you certify that: (a) you are a United States citizen or a lawfully admitted permanent resident; (b) you are not a foreign national, and the funds are not provided by a foreign national; (c) the contribution is made from your own funds (or, if you are giving on behalf of an entity, from that entity’s own funds) and will not be reimbursed by any other person; (d) the payment method used is one you are authorized to use; and (e) you are at least 18 years old.
Public disclosure. Florida law requires us to collect and report certain information about contributors, which may include your name, address, and — for contributions above the threshold set by law — your occupation. That information is filed with the Florida Division of Elections and/or the county Supervisor of Elections and becomes a public record. Contributions cannot be made anonymously.
Not tax-deductible. Contributions are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income-tax purposes. Please contact

Contributions in any dollar amount from any lawful source are acceptable. Messages will carry the appropriate disclaimer required by Florida law. The “general” disclaimer is “Paid political advertisement paid for by Stop Unfair Tax Shifts, 701 South Howard Avenue, #106-813, Tampa, Florida 33606.”
8. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided
“as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
